Position: Issue Manager/Project Manager
Location: Hybrid onsite in Pennington, NJ, Plano, TX or Kennesaw, GA
Duration: Contract to Hire
Rate Range: $60 per hour
Position Overview:
This role will be part of the Issue Management team at a large banking client
Issues will be in relation to the various internal applications used by employees
This resource will help implement solutions and effectively communicate changes from a technical perspective
Requirements:
Banking industry knowledge
Project management, issue management, process improvement or similar background
Data Analysis skills
Experience working with Excel and Tableau
Soft skills – self starter, organized, proactive, solution oriented
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Issue Identification and Resolution:
- Respond to issues identified by lines of business, governance teams, or auditors within internal applications.
- Implement changes and resolve issues based on pre-defined solution plans.
Process Improvement and Gap Analysis:
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement within processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance processes and resolve identified gaps.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas of concern.
- Pull findings from data analysis to support decision-making and issue resolution.
- Present data in a clear, concise manner and tell compelling stories to convey insights.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with various internal teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions align with business goals.
